The Perfect Body: Some work out hints to keep in Mind.


The abs…broad shoulders…chiseled chin…symmetrical figure…

All comes with a price….and Yes!!! Some of us ladies are so crazy about the hot body…its no hidden fact.

Here are a few tips to help you on your journey to that dream body.

Pull-Ups: 

This is good for the biceps, a good number to go is 20, but if you desire quick and effective result…try 50 reps per week, its tough but worthwhile.

Rope Climb: 

This is a super kick for the arm and upper body strength. This works by pulling yourself up a 12 foot rope using only your arms; for effective result? Do it slowly….*winks*.

Inverted Rows: 

If the thickness of your middle-back gives you concern…this is for you…whether its on suspension traps…bars….rings or ropes…this is a great way of building that back; keep your elbows tucked into your sides as you do this.

Front Lever: 

If you are looking for an absolute killer exercise for building lats, this one will put everything else you do to shame. Four sets of 10 seconds twice a week is plenty for most.

Hand stand Pushups:

 This is best done in phases, but most gymnastics coaches say that it is one of the best exercises for developing overall athleticism. After you can do a handstand, progress to a handstand pushup.

Pushup: 

Everybody knows this is a great way of keeping fit, but for overall fitness…nothing can beat it when you can do 10 one armed pushups, that’s impressive.

Hand walking/crawling:

 walking on your hand is probably one of the best exercise you can do to build your arms and shoulders. Once you are on your arms, kick your legs up on a wall, then start walking.
